I discovered cardamom for the first time in 2012 in Barinas, Venezuela. I never had a chance to see a plant but the seeds were an everyday thing. some point after it was introduced to me by the son of a shaman who often kept seeds in his mouth as a way to maintain good aura and clean breathe. I tried a few times and still do when I feel like biting on some cardamom. Let's talk about the tea!

Some other benefits are help with nausea, acid reflux, anxiety, weight loss, Urinary tract infection, and it also has a history of being used to enhance sex drive with its aphrodisiac properties, especially green cardamom.
Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus)
When I did my thesis in 2005, lemon grass was one of the plants on which I did a deep research.
Today, thanks to this research, I can show someone the difference between lemongrass and citronella. Even though they may be referred to as the same plants, they are actually cousins. Lemongrass is the plant for tea and citronella is the plant for oil. Citronella grows wild and lemongrass is usually planted in the herb garden.
Read the benefits that this so popular, so necessary herb adds to this tea.
Lemongrass tea is claimed to increase metabolism and aid weight loss. Drinking lemongrass tea on a daily basis may help you shed that unhealthy belly fat. Lemongrass is also used for treating digestive tract spasms, stomach ache, high blood pressure, convulsions, pain, vomiting, cough, achy joints (rheumatism), fever, the common cold, and exhaustion. It is also used to kill germs and as a mild astringent.
To make this infusion, lemongrass should form the majority of the base (about 3/4 or 75%): immerse in a pot of boiling water. Add another 20% of the tarragon and 5% cardamom for a perfect blend with a balanced taste and aroma plus all the benefits.
