Combating HBP with herbs

It's in the 🇩🇲news that High Blood Pressure is the leading cause of death in the Caribbean.. a good reminder though,🤔and it's Not only happening here , but almost everywhere else in the world. Whislt I am very grateful for this press release , I want to believe that What the news should say is Most HBP patients suffer or complain about the side effects from the prescribed medications they are given to treat their condition. Leading them to an earlier death so they don't even get a chance to say it.

How to stop it ?

Adding HERBS🌿 and SPICES

to your livet before you diet.

Why?

It's these same Plants🌱 that gave the labs access to antioxidants,Vitamin c, carotenoids, Iron, fibre and all those natural compounds that help relax blood vessels and act as natural calcium channel blockers. As a result, leading to regulation of the blood pressure.

Here's a list of herbs, foods and spices we should use to combat HBP ;

*Bottle Gourd

*Parsley

*Sweet basil

*Cooked Green papaya

*Thyme

*Cardamom

*Ginger

* Christophene

*Mango leaf tea

*Yagrumo

*Cinnamon

*Cayenne pepper

*Beets

*Turmeric

*Garlic

And there's so much more»»›

Our Schools can also play a very important role by modifying their curriculum in such a way that it will direct the youth towards health as a tool for wealth. Eventually it will happen.

I keep making mention of my grandfather as one of my first teachers of natural medicine which is a fact and hence the reason why today I am still convinced that there is no better way than the natural way of healing.
